Phoebe Cates – 1963

Phoebe Cates is many things together. She is a model, entrepreneur, and last but not the least, an actress of mettle. She appeared in a number of movies since early 1980’s, including Fast Times At Ridgemont High, Private School, and Gremlins.

However, Cates decided to retire in 1994 to look after her kids but resurfaced in 2001 with The Anniversary Party, a film directed by Jennifer Leigh, her Ridgemont High fellow cast member. She has also made significant investments in her East Side gift store, Blue Tree. If you sorely miss the younger Cates, you would be happy to know that she often accompanies her husband and actor, Kevin Kline, at major red carpet events and looks as youthful as ever.

Cindy Margolis – 1965

Cindy Margolis might be a mother of 3 now, but her level of beauty has not changed or gone anywhere in all of these years. To this day, she is still considered a flawless beauty. She had started her career originally by modeling for business cards, soon she started getting calls for other many other modeling projects. She has worked for brands such as Vidal Sasson, Coors, Reeboks, and many more big names. You might also recognize her from her feature in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.

In the early days of the internet, Margolis was granted the nickname ‘Queen of the Internet’. She, of course, has also modeled for a men’s lifestyle and entertainment magazine. Recently, Margolis was on the Howard Stern Show where a date with the icon herself was being auctioned, let us just say that the lines were ringing off the hook! Previously, Margolis was married to restaurateur Guy Starkman from 1998 to 2009 but the marriage ended in divorce, however, the two are still very civil with each other and are excellent at co-parenting their children.

Ursula Andress – 1936

Ursula Andress, the Swiss bond girl whom we first met in Dr. No, and Casino Royale (1967), decided to retire in 2005. She was much criticized for not hiding her assets on screen. Ursula has had a love-life which is more interesting than her career as she had been dating late actor James Dean before his untimely death.

She began dating John Derek in 1955, the same year in which James Dean died and eventually tied the knot with him. She also had intimate relationships with Jean-Paul Belmondo and Ryan O’Neal, although her only son, Dimitri’s biological father is Harry Hamlin. We think Ursula opted for plastic surgery after her retirement as she still looks incredibly gorgeous. The stunning actress is still a beauty even in her seventies. But unfortunately, she is struggling with osteoporosis. She has always been active and healthy, and so she was alarmed by the condition. We wish her all the best in her health!

Linda Kozlowski – 1958

Kozlowski’s first stint in the entertainment industry was way back in 1981. This was by playing the role of ‘Miss Forsythe’ in a Broadway show, Death of a Salesman. Her big breakthrough role was in 1986 with her role in Crocodile Dundee.

The film proved to be a great stepping stone to her Holywood career and allowed her to meet her husband-to-be, Paul Hogan. Kozlowski stopped working in the entertainment industry as she wasn’t happy with the kind of roles she was getting.

She is still as beautiful as the day she got her first role on the Broadway stage, and she has been able to beat aging like a pro. Do we wonder how she managed to defy aging? Well, we last saw her on-screen ages ago. We certainly hope to see her back on screen, luring the audience with her stellar performances.
